R & F Enterprises trains individuals with disabilities to become employable in the community. In addition to discovery and training on site, the Associates work at various sites in the area, including grocery stores, thrift stores, and churches. We are seeking other training sites to host Internships for those who need to build their skills for working in their chosen fields.
Randy and Friends Woodworking Shop has been in full swing since August 1, 2017. The shop employs young adults with special needs who wish to expand their skills. The Associates refinish furniture, learn unique painting techniques, and create custom wood pieces from pallets and reclaimed wood. They make a variety of items including game boards, candle holders, bird houses, children's tables and chairs, and wooden toys.

The Rooster's Perch Coffee & Book Company was founded to provide a place for people to gather and share a cup of coffee. In addition to coffee, used books can be donated and resold by young adults with special needs. This gives Associates and opportunity to catalogue and market books in the store as well as online while providing earning for themselves. This experience will prepare Associates to be employed.
